Quick answers on creating a Solana token

How do I create a Solana token with DexLab?

Connect your Solana wallet in the DexLab Minting Lab, enter a name, ticker, and image, and approve the transaction. Your token mints in seconds, and no code is required.

How much does it cost to create a Solana token?

The creation fee is 0.15 SOL per token, plus about 0.02 SOL of Solana network rent for the new token accounts. The Minting Lab shows the total before you sign.

Does DexLab support SPL and Token-2022 tokens?

Yes. The Minting Lab mints standard SPL tokens and Token-2022 tokens with extensions such as transfer fees, so you can choose the standard that fits your project.

Who controls my token after it is minted?

You do. DexLab is non-custodial: you sign every transaction with your own wallet, the supply mints to a wallet you choose, and you decide whether to keep or revoke the mint and freeze authorities.
